Because keeping it private guarantees it stays wrong. Publishing it invites correction from people who know more than I do. Read it as a student essay, not a finding.

If small hotel and motel loans are declined mainly for reasons unrelated to how the file is assembled, the idea behind this project collapses. I have no evidence either way.
