   This Privacy Policy explains what information this website collects, why it is collected, and the choices you have. This site is a Master’s degree capstone research project, not an operating business, and it does not sell or rent your information.

   If you submit an inquiry through the contact form, you may provide: your name, email address, company, property type, location, situation, loan purpose, timeline, and a free-text message. Providing optional fields is your choice; only your name, email, and message are required to submit.

   The information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry and to document the capstone research. Your message may be referenced — in summary or anonymized form — within the research without identifying you personally.

   Information collected automatically

   This site is hosted on infrastructure that may log basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security, rate limiting, and operational reliability. This data is used to prevent abuse (for example, limiting repeated submissions from a single source) and is not used to build a personal profile of you for advertising.

   This site does not use advertising networks, cross-site tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that profile you across the web.

   How information is stored

   Inquiry submissions are stored in the site’s backend database, which is operated by the hosting provider for this project. Access is restricted to the project owner (Miles Greve) and the hosting infrastructure itself.

   How information is used

   Collected information is used to: respond to inquiries, prevent and investigate abuse or spam, operate and maintain the site, and document the capstone research. It is not used to market products or services to you, and it is not sold or shared for payment.

   Email follow-up

   If you submit an inquiry, you may receive an automated follow-up email in response. You will not be added to a marketing list. You can request that no further emails be sent by replying to any message or contacting the email address published on this site.

   Cookies and local storage

   This site uses essential browser storage (such as a theme preference and authentication for the Content Studio) to function. It does not use cookies for advertising or third-party tracking. Any session or authentication data is limited to operating the site and is not shared with third parties.

   Third-party services

   This site relies on hosting, database, and email delivery infrastructure operated by third-party providers. These providers process data only as needed to run the site and deliver messages. They are not given access to market to you. Names of employers, hotels, and brands appear for biographical identification only and do not imply endorsement or affiliation.

   You can decline to submit the inquiry form. If you have already submitted information and want it corrected or removed, contact Miles Greve at the email address published on this site. Removal may be limited where data must be retained for security, abuse prevention, or capstone research documentation, but identifying details will be removed where feasible.

    This site is not directed to children under 16, and inquiries are not sought from them. Any submission believed to be from a child will be removed on discovery.

    International visitors

    This site is operated from the United States. If you access it from another country, you do so understanding that your information will be processed in the United States under these terms.
